Teachers feel that the assessment process and guidelines works for them, generally producing reasonable assessments.
About the grading, in general, I don't have many complaints.
In my experience, it is the case that in the end the average generally matches [the grade] you think the student should receive.
I had probably done it without a rubric, but that would've been more assessment based on vibes, I think. So I do think that this works better.
I had the TAs actually telling me that this actually helped them a lot. And they wish they had the they had it in more courses.
